02–03 · East and west map

This embedded map is a schematic regional orientation. Community areas and office cities are approximate; lines do not depict roads, site boundaries or entrances.

04 · Asteria overview

Asteria is planned in Chatham Park near Pittsboro. Disney says about 4,000 residences, including some 55+ options, with sales anticipated in late 2027. DMB is the developer; independent builders will build and sell homes. Plans can change.

05 · Second Star Club

The Second Star Club and associated experiences are planned, subject to change and not depicted by actual photography. Membership is mandatory and carries dues and fees; consult current documents for access and costs.

06 · Asteria buyer questions

Ask about builders and home types, release timing and pricing, club costs, 55+ designation, amenity delivery and representation. Concept scenes do not show released inventory.

07 · BanksTwenty overview

BanksTwenty is a Mungo Homes project in east Raleigh along the Neuse River. Its site describes planned townhomes, single-family homes and river access. A June 2026 report described roughly 500 acres and 1,800 planned homes; details may change.

08 · Rivercountry living

BanksTwenty describes planned river access, trails, gathering and a mix of home types. The scenes are AI illustrations, not real amenities or developer renderings. Verify access and phasing.

09 · BanksTwenty buyer questions

Check prices, floor plans and lots, HOA obligations, amenity delivery, flood and drainage information for a specific homesite, and representation before a builder visit.

10 · East and west comparison

These are planned developments with different settings. The table is a discussion guide, not a promise of amenities, values, availability or views. Compare current documents and confirmed homes.

11 · Next steps

Start with your timing and price range, decide what matters most in daily life, compare east and west when details are confirmed, and ask Alex for updates with context.
