This notice explains how this website uses analytics and how information is handled when you choose to contact Alex.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic and engagement. Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referring sources, and interactions with links or resources. The current implementation disables Google advertising signals and ad-personalization storage.
LEFEVRE Real Estate does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message contents, or financial values entered into public calculators to Google Analytics. Seller Net, Relocation, and Home Affordability calculator inputs remain in the browser and are not included in analytics events.
If you call, text, email, schedule a conversation, or intentionally submit a request, the information you provide is used to respond to that request and communicate with you. Visiting the website or using a calculator does not by itself create an agency, fiduciary, advisory, or brokerage relationship.
